1. Clean your baseboards with a broom. 

Prevent back pain by simply wrapping a cloth around your broom and securing with a rubber band. Spray with your favorite cleaner to easily clean your baseboards and walls. This will save you so much time!

2. Learn how to vacuum the right way. 

When it comes to vacuuming your carpet, this method is sure to work wonders. Start at the corner farthest from the door and vacuum horizontally first then vertically until you reach your door. This will ensure that you are removing dirt and dust from all the fibers of your carpet.

3. Use your dishwasher for more than dishes. 

When in a hurry, simply toss toys, shoes, hats or another items into the dishwasher with a few cups of white vinegar to disinfect and clean them.

4. Prevent soap scum in your shower with Lemon Pledge. 

Shave some serious time from your cleaning efforts with this simple hack that will keep your shower soap scum free for weeks at a time. After cleaning your shower, spray with Lemon Pledge and wipe clean. The oils in it will prevent soap scum and water stains.

5. Put a jar of vinegar in your toilet’s water tank. 


Fill a jar with white vinegar and place a few hole in the lid. Place this container inside of your water tank to keep your toilet clean for weeks! No scrubbing required and a major time-saver!

6. Clean your oven overnight with a bowl of ammonia.

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, then turn off. Place a pan of boiling water on the lower rack and a bowl of ammonia on the rack above it. Leave in the oven overnight. In the morning, you will be able to wipe gunk with one easy swipe.

7. Keep a “catch-all” bin in high traffic rooms. 

Simply toss items in a bin to keep your rooms clutter-free. Set a time to put things away but definitely don’t stress about it.

The reason we have a minimum time for Move-in/Move-out cleaning is because this is a more detailed service than a maid service. Above the regular cleaning checklist there are extra tasks which we focus on. Please check it here: Move-in / Move-out. On top of that, we do want to mention that we offer time based services and if the cleaning service takes less, then we charge accordingly. We charge in 15 minutes increments.
