Pots and Pans, Utensils

Spot Cleaning: make a paste with hot water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Use a scrubbing pad to cleaning and polish the stainless steel. Tough Stains: soak the smaller stainless steel in a mixture of 1 liter of water and ¼ cup baking soda. Toughest Stains: Make a paste out of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, rub on the area. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Should you be needing to soak, use the ratio 1 cup hydrogen peroxide is to 2 tablespoons baking soda. Let it sit for at least an hour. Wipe clean.

Appliances and Bigger Equipment

Mix 2 parts vinegar 1 part cream of tartar. Either use. a spray bottle or simply wipe the mixture into the surface of the equipment. Wipe dry. Note that baking soda also an abrasive, therefore use cream of tartar instead of baking soda.
