The Warrington Resident Perk can be used toward one-time cleanings, including move-in and move-out cleaning. It cannot be combined with other promotions or recurring service discounts.
After you select your building and complete the form, our team will review your request and reach out to confirm details, pricing, and availability before finalizing your booking.
The resident perk is designed for one-time or move-related cleanings. If you’re interested in recurring service, our team will be happy to discuss ongoing options separately.
Our move-in and move-out cleaning services focus on leaving the home move-in ready. This includes detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and fixtures, with optional add-ons available if needed.
Pricing varies based on the size of your home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the level of cleaning required. Once you submit your request, we’ll provide a personalized quote with your resident perk applied.
Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of the home. Most move-in or move-out cleanings take several hours. Our team will give you a time estimate when confirming your booking.
Not at all. Many residents choose to provide access instructions and return after the cleaning is complete. We’re fully insured, and all cleaners are professionally trained.
