  1. Break your Cleaning Duties down into smaller tasksHelp get past procrastination by breaking up a big task into smaller ones because even when you complete the smallest or simplest of tasks you end up with a rewarding feeling inside that motivates you to continue on.
  2.  Set a specified amount of time for yourselfA great way to get yourself to clean at least a little bit is to set an amount of time that you will use to do nothing other than clean, even if it is just 10 minutes but that will be 10 minutes that you know you will use to focus on cleaning.Many times you will actually be so surprised at how much you were able to get done in that little amount of time that it will motivate you to continue cleaning.
  3. Knock down all barriersSometimes just feeling too lazy to walk all the way to the other side of your home to take the broom out of the closet then come back to this side can be the barrier to stop you from cleaning so if you know you need to clean a certain room at some time soon just take the items when you are in a more motivational mood and leave it in the place that needs to be cleaned that way when it is time you have no excuses to use as barriers.

Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged a $75 fee.

The reason we have a minimum time for Move-in/Move-out cleaning is because this is a more detailed service than a maid service. On top of that, we do want to mention that we offer time based services and if the cleaning service takes less, then we charge accordingly. We charge in 15 minutes increments.
